The SI18 Intrepid is drawn for conditions - its hard chines carve a stable rail when the boat heels, its defined keel tracks true over long crossings, and when the wind pushes the bow, the retractable skeg drops only as far as the moment requires. Nothing on this hull is decorative.

A skeg, not a rudder - on purpose
