Vacuum bag molding process
A manufacturing process involving the encapsulation of composite material layups in vacuum bags, followed by forming under heat and pressure.
Widely used in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, construction, marine engineering, wind and solar energy, and sports equipment, this process offers advantages such as lightweight properties, high strength, and corrosion resistance; it meets diverse industry needs and facilitates technological upgrades and product innovation.

Infusion process
Infusion is an advanced molding process for high-performance composite materials. First, the layup is placed in the mold and sealed and evacuated. The resin is fully infiltrated into the fiber layup by relying on negative pressure, and then cured and other post-processing is performed to form. This process can reduce bubbles, reduce residual stress, and improve product strength and stability. It is widely used in the aerospace, automotive, and shipbuilding fields. It can optimize product quality, reduce costs, and improve material performance.
