1. Long cut carbon fiber
Long-cut carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites generally use thermoplastics such as polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polypropylene (PP) and PET as matrix materials, and use continuous fiber twistless roving and thermoplastics through extrusion. Semi-finished products are made into semi-finished products by extrusion, granulation or tableting, and then injection or molding into finished products.
2. Chopped carbon fiber
Chopped carbon fiber is made from carbon fiber filaments chopped by a fiber cutting machine. It has the advantages of uniform dispersion and simple process, and can be used in special fields where carbon fiber filaments are not suitable. The standard length of chopped carbon fiber is 1mm-100mm, fiber diameter 7μm, tensile strength 3500MPa, tensile modulus 228GPa, and density 1.75g/cm3.

3. Continuous carbon fiber
The resin matrix of continuous carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites mainly uses thermoplastics such as polyetherimide (PED), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polyamide (PA), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), etc., with carbon fiber as the Reinforced materials have the advantages of high damage tolerance, high toughness and high temperature resistance, and are currently widely used in aerospace, automotive and other industries.
