Product Overview
One Kayak, Two Weeks of Water: The Expedition Platform
Why expedition paddlers and stage-race organizers keep choosing the S18 EXP G2 - and why it is a proven reference hull for your custom kayak line.

The S18 EXP G2 is the expedition version of Stellar's benchmark 18-foot touring hull.
The same efficient glide that made the original S18 famous is retained, while the hull has been re-tuned for extra efficiency, stability and loading capacity - the three qualities that decide whether a loaded kayak still tracks straight on day nine of a crossing.
Four hatches open up 211 liters of organized storage, enough for multi-week self-supported trips or full race logistics. A full-length Kevlar® keel strip comes standard, protecting the carbon fiber hull on rocky launches, gravel beaches and the unavoidable groundings of wilderness travel.
For ultra-marathon kayak events and multi-day stage races, this combination - cargo volume, reinforced keel, predictable stability at speed - has made the S18 EXP G2 a recurring choice on start lines. As the authorized agent covering South America and Asia, we supply it wholesale and reproduce its expedition-grade DNA in OEM/ODM programs for carbon fiber watercraft brands.

Every Detail Earns Its Place on the Deck
Expedition-First Hull Geometry
At 5.5 m long and 55.7 cm wide, the hull balances touring speed against real-world stability. The depth of 32 cm and generous cockpit volume (84 cm × 44 cm) accommodate taller paddlers - even with bulky footwear and drysuits - across a 1.5–1.96 m height range. The cut-away deck shape lowers effective windage in gusts, a detail coastal paddlers notice immediately.
Features That Survive the Trip
- Bow hatch + 126 L stern compartment: dry-bag-friendly volumes for camping and race support gear
- Day hatch & paddle recess: snacks, safety kit and spare paddle stay within arm's reach without opening main compartments
- Full-length Kevlar® keel strip: sacrificial protection for the carbon fiber bottom on rocky shorelines
- Rudder system: course-holding authority in following seas and crosswinds when fully loaded
- Ergonomic handles & bottle-holder seat pad: carry comfort and hydration on long stages

FAQ
Q:What is the difference between the S18 G2 and the S18 EXP G2?

In the lightest Alpha carbon layup, 15.5 kg (34.2 lbs). The rugged Multi-Sport build comes in at 17.6 kg.

Yes. As part of our OEM/ODM service we apply your deck graphics, logos and color scheme, and can adapt hardware and packaging to your requirements. Sampling is available before series production.
Q:What is your MOQ for custom orders?
A:MOQ is flexible and depends on model and customization level. Single-unit sampling is always possible; series pricing applies from small batches upward.
Q:Do you sell retail or only wholesale?
A:We supply distributors, retailers, brands and fleet operators on wholesale terms. For end-consumer purchases, please contact our dealers in your region.
